NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY
Smart Removals & Logistics Limited
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required before your move or service is confirmed.
Why We Require a Deposit
Your deposit reserves our vehicle(s), crew, equipment, and scheduled time exclusively for your booking. Once confirmed, we may decline other work for that time slot and begin planning your move.
Deposit Terms
* The booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel for any reason.
* Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
* The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of the move, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling
* If you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled service, we may, at our discretion, transfer your deposit to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability.
* Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
Cancellation by Smart Removals & Logistics Limited
If we are unable to carry out your booking due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered either:
* A full refund of your deposit; or
* The option to transfer your deposit to another available date.
Additional Charges
If the scope of work differs significantly from the information provided at the time of booking (including additional items, extra labour, waiting time, restricted access, or changes in collection/delivery addresses), additional charges may apply.
Acceptance
Payment of the booking deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted this Non-Refundable Booking Deposit Policy.
